In the customer's workshop, a four-color flexographic printing machine works in precise coordination with a CHM single-knife paper sheeter, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
Paper with a basis weight of 140 gsm moves rapidly along the production line. The anilox roller transfers ink evenly, while multicolor registration and color-by-color drying and curing are completed in sequence.
The paper then passes through a registration mark tracking system equipped with an advanced RGB LED light source. Its fast response and high resolution enable accurate mark detection and positioning, even at high operating speeds.
Next, the paper is cut by the precision cutting head. The finished sheets, measuring 889 × 717 mm, are neatly stacked in the delivery section of the CHM single-knife sheeter.
On the second production line, 200 gsm paper is processed just as smoothly. The equipment runs steadily, efficiently producing finished sheets measuring 600 × 760 mm. This demonstrates CHM Machinery's reliable performance and consistent efficiency when handling paper of different basis weights.
